Read the hire terms before paying

Published bookable dates for collection and return in Potenza can be selected and paid online. The cart shows dates, equipment and the final price before the customer accepts the terms. Payment verification confirms the booking. Shipping and work with a pilot require a separate complete quotation; these costs are not invented or added after payment.

No security deposit or card hold. Hire is 127 euros for one day, 207 euros for two consecutive days and 397 euros for a week, including the 4% pension contribution and 22% VAT. Other periods combine these rates. Collection and return times are agreed with the practice and recorded with the booking.

Equipment protection and incidents

DJI Care Refresh is active on the drone until 30 September 2027. The rate includes management of an eligible claim under this manufacturer assistance and replacement plan. It is separate from flight liability insurance and does not promise cover for every loss or liability to third parties. The initial plan permits four replacements, including two flyaway cases; eligibility and remaining benefits must be checked with DJI. The stated replacement fees are 159 euros for accidental damage and 829 euros for flyaway.

The practice handles any claim. Account and controller bindings required by DJI must be preserved. Report an incident, loss, theft or fault promptly, stop using unsafe equipment, retain relevant flight data and photographs, and do not arrange repairs or change bindings without instructions. Flight authorisations, competence and the liability insurance required for the operation are checked before handover; no pilot is included.

Handover return and documented damage

The parties record serials, accessories, condition, checks and photographs of the actual kit at handover and return. Ordinary wear, age and pre-existing documented defects are excluded from damage charges. Only loss attributable to the customer under applicable law may be claimed, supported by photographs, diagnosis and reasonable repair cost or the component’s actual value when repair is not appropriate. Deduct DJI Care benefits, insurance recoveries and residual value; do not charge twice for the same loss.

The customer receives the evidence and can provide observations before a damage account is settled. No automatic card charge, deposit retention or automatic replacement-at-new-value charge is authorised. Any delay charge must be stated in the accepted order, proportionate and without duplicate recovery. An on-time compliant return handed to a carrier chosen by the practice is not treated as customer delay solely because that carrier is late.

Acceptance confirmation and withdrawal

Read these terms and the accepted order before payment. A downloadable copy of the order and frozen conditions is available after payment. The blank PDF and Word forms below are practical handover and return records; completing them alone does not create a booking or electronic signature.

A consumer normally has fourteen days to withdraw from a distance service contract. An express request for an earlier start does not alone remove that right: a proportionate amount may be due for a service already performed under the statutory conditions. Loss of withdrawal rights after full performance requires the conditions set out in the service terms. Send a clear withdrawal statement to the practice’s published email, certified email or address, identifying the order. Mandatory consumer remedies and jurisdiction remain unaffected.
