BROWSER / PREFERENCES AND ACCESS
Cookie Policy.
Essential tools and your statistics choices.
The website uses essential tools for requested functions and, only with your consent, Google Analytics 4 for optional statistics. It does not use advertising pixels or remarketing functions.
Updated: 4 November 2026
1. What these tools do
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by the browser. Similar tools, such as local storage, can remember a preference without sending it with every request. Purpose matters more than the technology’s name: tools strictly necessary to provide a function requested by the user do not require the prior consent required for advertising tracking.
On opening the website, the preferences panel lets you accept or refuse statistics through equally prominent controls. Closing it means refusing. Without acceptance, the Analytics tag is not loaded and no statistical requests are sent to Google. Browsing and purchases remain available whichever option you choose.
2. Preferences kept on your device
- Statistics choice · cr-analytics-consent-v1
- Stores only acceptance or refusal and the decision date in local storage for six calendar months. This essential preference is needed to respect your choice; it contains no visitor identifier or form details. A new choice is requested when it expires.
- Language · cr-language
- Remembers Italian or English in browser local storage. It remains until site data is cleared or the preference is replaced.
- DXF selection · cr-dxf-selection-v1
- Stores selected design references without card or identity details. It remains until you change or clear the selection or clear the website’s browser data.
- Service cart · cr-service-cart-v1
- Stores selected service references without identity or payment details. Personal approved-quotation tokens remain in the tab’s memory or browser session, so the proposal can be retained during payment.
- Chat, sketches and estimates
- Workspace content is held in the page’s memory. The chat does not use cookies or local storage to retain conversations between visits.
These preferences support functions you choose to use. You can clear them in your browser settings; you may then need to choose a language again or recreate your selection.
3. Order access cookies
Starting payment creates a personal technical cookie for order access, with a name beginning __Host-cr_order_ for DXF purchases or __Host-cr_service_ for services. It contains a random identifier rather than full payment details, and lasts at most thirty days.
It protects the order summary and downloads in the browser used to buy. It is not used for advertising. Clearing it may mean contacting the practice to recover access. Simply viewing the catalogue does not create this cookie.
3a. Image generation
The essential __Host-cr_render_visitor cookie contains a signed random identifier, lasts up to thirty days and cannot be read by JavaScript. It enables renders without a ChatGPT account and applies usage limits to control abuse and costs. The server also uses daily pseudonymous counters for the source network without storing the raw IP address. The cookie contains no images, prompts, payment or billing details and is not used for advertising.
3b. Optional analytics cookies
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after acceptance. The _ga and _ga_* cookies contain pseudonymous identifiers that distinguish a browser and sessions to produce statistics. Their configured lifetime is at most one hundred and eighty days from creation, without automatic renewal on each visit. User-level and event-level retention in the Analytics service is set to two months; this is separate from cookie lifetime and does not apply to standard aggregate reports.
Measurements cover public pages, products and services viewed, clicks, cart use, checkout starts, enquiries confirmed as sent and verified purchases, with approximate location and source or campaign. Only allowed public paths, referrer domains and restricted campaign labels are sent, without address queries or fragments. Names, contact or billing details, form or chat contents, images, personal quotation codes, tokens and card data are not sent. To prevent repeated counts, after consent the local cr-analytics-purchases-v1 store may retain up to two hundred hashed transaction identifiers and their dates. Each entry expires within six calendar months; the list is cleared on withdrawal.
Google Signals, advertising personalisation and remarketing are not enabled. Statistics do not identify visitors by name and may be incomplete because of refusal, browser blocking or a customer not returning to the site after payment. They do not replace verified order and payment records.
You can refuse or withdraw consent through . The website stops new measurements and clears accessible Analytics cookies without changing language, selections or order access. Withdrawal does not automatically erase data already sent to the provider. See Google’s Privacy Policy, the basic consent-mode documentation and the Privacy Policy.
4. Hosting platform and external services
The website is hosted on ChatGPT Sites. Any platform technical tools needed for security, access or authentication are managed as part of that service. ChatGPT’s privacy information also applies when using ChatGPT sign-in.
The LinkedIn link opens an external page; the website does not embed a LinkedIn pixel. Email links similarly open your email application. Stripe’s payment page may use its own technical tools under its privacy information; it is not loaded as an advertising tool in the catalogue.
For data handling in the AI assistant and render generator, see the Privacy Policy. Using an external service does not mean a conversation is stored in a cookie.
5. Controls and contact
You can reopen the statistics choices at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. You can also use your browser settings to view, limit or remove cookies and local storage for this website. Blocking technical data may prevent the website from retaining your selection or providing access to an order. It does not affect files already downloaded to your device.
For questions, email salvatorecolangelo92@gmail.com. The controller’s identity and further contacts are listed in the Privacy Policy.
